The Alex Hotel is managed by Ms. Mary Lou Pollack, an accomplished industry leader and manager. Ms Pollack is a 27-year veteran of the Hospitality Industry. Before Joining the Alex Mary Lou was Vice President of Sales for Prime Hospitality Corp. in Fairfield New Jersey.

Ms. Pollack is a graduate of Duke University. She is a former President of the Maryland Chapter of HSMAI and Past President and Chairman of The New Jersey Travel Industry Association. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Carino Hotels and Resorts.
