The Alex Hotel is managed by Ms. Mary Lou Pollack, an accomplished industry leader and manager. Ms Pollack is a 27-year veteran of the Hospitality Industry. In 2004 she opened the Alex at 205 East 45th Street in New York City. In 2005 the Alex was selected for membership in The Leading Hotels of the World and in the Fall of 2006 was awarded the AAA Four Diamond Award.

Before Joining the Alex Mary Lou was Vice President of Sales for Prime Hospitality Corp. in Fairfield New Jersey.

Ms. Pollack is a graduate of Duke University. She is a former President of the Maryland Chapter of HSMAI and Past President and Chairman of The New Jersey Travel Industry Association. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Carino Hotels and Resorts.
